Packing
Packing for ice cream cones manufactured by our company is cone-shaped and made of polyfoil (laminated) foil, that is, foil glued together with paper. The use of this material enables limiting excessive vapors' and gases' access to the packaged product, as well as prevents the outflow of liquid from the product.

Foil is a hygienic and environmentally friendly material, which does not bring undesirable smells or flavors into the product. The foil ensures a longer storage life of the product (1.5-2 times longer than when the product is packed in parchment), and considering that the foil is completely non-transparent, access of sunlight or artificial lighting is prevented. So, you do not have to worry that its quality will worsen during storage, for example, in the supermarket's refrigerated display case.
And the foil, certainly, keeps its shape perfectly well, and insignificant physical impact does not cause its unwrapping, so, this is an irreplaceable material for cone-shaping of the product and retaining of this shape during the whole storage life of the ice cream. If anything, the only shortcoming of the foil is its vulnerability to mechanical impact. However, when glued together with paper (lamination), this shortcoming is eliminated.
Printing on the package is done on the basis of the customer's individual design through intaglio printing (rotogravure), with the opportunity to use up to 10 colors.
