Closed cycle for the production of waffle ice-cream cones implemented
"Baker-Ukraine" Company has implemented a series of innovations in the production of waffle cones. In particular, the assembly and adjustment of waffle cone manufacturing lines took place. As a result of the set-up of the line for automatic feed of waffle dough, a closed cycle of waffle manufacture was put into operation. This enabled the enhancement of the production cleanliness and security level, as a consequence of stricter control over the supply of waffle dough to production lines.
The establishment of the closed production cycle will allow increasing the level of trust and loyalty of both customers and partners, and the staff of Baker-Ukraine Company. With a view to satisfy the ice cream manufacturers' and producers' requirements integrated quality management

system was earlier introduced at the company.
